Stair Gates
Extension of bannisters, handrail and newel post to accommodate two stair gates and match the existing staircase in this Victorian home.
The aim was to make it baby proof and blend into the existing woodwork whilst keeping in mind that this will eventually be removed.
It was agreed the newel cap and handrail was unnecessary, so we made it to integrate and match the style of the existing staircase with as little damage as possible making future reversal a simple fix.
